TRANSWATER was recently invited to take part in the Project Lesson Learnt (PLL) of EMERY Package 3 by PETRONAS Gas Berhad on 25 March 2022. The event took place at Saujana Hotel, Kuala Lumpur and had over 20 participants attending, including 10 of TW staff. PETRONAS was represented by PD&T Project Manager, En Hassanul Arif along with Maintenance Lead, En Nazri bin Dollah while TRANSWATER was represented by Project Manager, En Mohd Salman Bin Hilmi.
The event aims to attain lessons learnt throughout the project – specifically in general management, technical, schedule, procurement, document submission, HSE, construction & commissioning. The payoff for this PLL would hopefully further improve on future project executions. Overall, the outcome of PLL showed promising project execution without any major HSE and technical hiccups.
