Transwater’s Kick-Off Townhall and Company Dinner was held recently earlier this month, uniting more than 300 staff members, not only from the headquarters but also from all regional offices across Malaysia.
The day kicked off with an inspiring Townhall meeting from the management team, which served as an excellent platform for sharing key updates, aligning on organisational goals, and fostering a sense of connection with Transwater-ians. It was also an opportunity to align with everyone on the recently rolled-out core values as well as Transwater’s revamped vision and mission thus setting the stage for FY2025.
The evening continued with a vibrant Company Dinner, where the team celebrated the year’s successes in a classic “Black and White” themed event. One of the key highlights of the evening was the much anticipated TW Recognition and Appreciation Award ceremony whereby individuals and teams were recognised for their achievements this year. It was a fantastic evening that showcased the strength, unity, and spirit of the Transwater family.
