The event marked the beginning of an exciting journey into Financial Year 2026 (FY2026) and served as a meaningful platform to strengthen engagement, foster open communication and reinforce unity across the organisation.<\/p><p>The session also encouraged reflection on Transwater\u2019s shared vision, mission and core values, inspiring collaboration and a renewed sense of purpose as the company moves forward in FY2026.<\/p><p>In conjunction with the Townhall, Transwater also hosted the Awards &amp; Recognition 2025 ceremony to celebrate the outstanding achievements of employees throughout Financial Year 2025 (FY2025). Awards were presented across various categories including Sales-related, Corporate Function-related, Cultural-related, HSES Awards &amp; Recognitions and the Satu TW Team Award, which honoured successful collaborations in both internal and external projects.<\/p><p>It was a proud occasion for Transwater, celebrating the dedication and commitment of its people who continue to drive the company\u2019s success.
